Town Tees, we stand behind the quality of our products and services. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Care team within 30 days of the purchase date. We will gladly refund the full price of the product, excluding shipping and processing costs.

Refund Eligibility: Refunds are available for items that meet our satisfaction criteria, and are subject to the conditions below.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. If the original payment method is no longer available, a store credit will be provided, no exceptions.

Town Tees products are made-to-order using high-quality materials and state-of-the-art digital printing equipment. As a result, certain issues may arise that are outside of our control. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for:

• Spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors made by the customer
• Low-quality or low-resolution images uploaded by the customer
• Design errors made by the customer during the design process
• Errors in user-selected options, such as product type, size, or color

We encourage you to carefully review your designs before placing your order. To keep costs low and pass on savings to our customers, Town Tees does not provide proofing for custom designs prior to processing.
